Step 1 — Shampoo
Wet your hair thoroughly.
Apply a small amount of shampoo to the scalp and massage gently using your fingertips for 1–2 minutes.
Work the lather through the lengths of your hair before rinsing thoroughly.
Repeat if desired.
Step 2 — Conditioner
After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from your hair.
Apply the conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends only.
Do not apply to the scalp.
Leave on for 2–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
