International Orders:

Should you be placing an order to be delivered outside of South Africa, this can be arranged, however we do not courier internationally so you would have to make arrangements with a courier company of your choice to collect from our offices, and this will be for your own account.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will be informed by WhatsApp of the tracking or waybill number, as well as the details of service provider used to deliver your order. You can then use the tracking or waybill number to track your order directly with the service provider, either telephonically or online. Should your parcel be taking longer than expected please notify us so we can email the service provider on your behalf.

Please remember to have your waybill or tracking number handy when contacting them. Should there still seem to be any problem after having contacted the service provider handling your parcel, please email us on orders@gsibrands.co.za and we will then gladly assist where we can.

Delivery Charges:

Undeliverable Packages:

Preparing your products for a return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

  • package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
  • clearly mark your name and contact details in a note inside the parcel
  • include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
  • Send an email to orders@gsibrands.co.za with your waybill tracking number (photo of waybill if possible), reason for return, bank details, package purchased, amount paid and any photographs.
  • The easiest service to use for courier is Aramex Drop Box – available at most Pick ‘n Pay and Fresh Stop stores.

If you return products to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

Refunds are limited to only one refund per person and only on the last order made.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your return.

Please note: If you used Mobicred to pay, your refund will be processed back into your Mobicred account.

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible.

Products damaged, stolen or missing on delivery

Should a product be damaged, stolen or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by send us a WhatsApp 0827211605 or emailing orders@gsibrands.co.za

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible.
